David, the 8th Born Son of Jesse.
God Sent Prophet Samuel to meet Jesse, after God had rejected Saul from reigning over Israel.
Jesse made his sons come before Samuel and Samuel looked at Eliab and said surely the lord anointed one is before him. But the Lord said to samuel, never look at the appearance, For the LORD does not see as man sees, the LORD looks at the heart.(I Samuel 16:7) Then came the youngest,the 8th son, David. The LORD said " Arise, annoint him, this is the one".
Joseph, the 11th Born son of Israel(Jacob).
He shared the two dreams that he had seen with his brothers and his brothers hated him, sold him to slavery to the Midianites at the age of 17.
In Egypt from the house of Potiphar, he was sent to Prison. While there was no one to interpret the dream of King Pharaoh, God helped Joseph interpret King's dream.
Pharaoh gave Joseph the highest position next to him and Joseph was put in charge of the whole land of Egypt- Genesis 41:40,41.
When we are righteous and Prioritze God in all things, we will be the "Chosen One".
